Send it in the form, and to the address, the contract names
A notice buried in paragraph four of an email about something else, sent to whoever replied last, may be no notice at all. Contracts often say who must receive a notice, how it travels and what it must be called. Use the contract's own words, name the clause you are notifying under, and send it where the contract says notices go, however artificial that feels.
