I support tradesmen, subcontractors, main contractors, clients and self builders with quantum claims and disputes. I use my experience to assist and advise on construction contracts, payments, records, variations, quantum and final accounts. My goal is to minimise the risk of claims being made in the first place and make sure that my clients are in the strongest position possible.
