About me

I'm Jack Butler-Kettle, a Quantity Surveyor & Claims Consultant based in London, working nationwide. I provide Quantity Surveying and Claims & Disputes services to tradesmen, subcontractors, main contractors, clients and self builders.

I have over a decade of experience across office fitout, residential construction, water and rail infrastructure. My experience includes roles with Overbury, Berkeley St Edward, Barratt Developments, Network Rail, Westminster City Council, Kier Infrastructure and Tudor Rose Consultancy, covering more than £100m of project work under JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts.

That experience spans contractor-side and client-side quantity surveying, commercial systems and quantum claims, giving me a practical understanding of the work and the people involved.

I hold a first class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, alongside MCIArb, MICCP, MCSA and MQSI memberships.
