    If I can help, I set out the work and exact fees. There are no surprise hourly rates.

  3. You decide whether to proceed

    You review the written scope and fees before making your decision.

  4. I carry out the agreed work

    I carry out the work set out in the written scope and prepare it for handover.

  5. I hand over the work and Handover Pack

    I deliver the completed work with a Handover Pack setting out dates and their sources, next actions, likely responses and scope boundaries. It explains when to stop and come back to me, with ready-to-send correspondence where needed. The pack is included in the fee.
