Hunt your own double counting

The commonest kill shot in a quantum response is the same cost recovered twice under different heads: supervision in the prelims and again in the disruption claim, plant in the variation rates and again in prolongation. Check the heads against each other before the other side does, and state the demarcation openly in the build-up.
