Log what went out and chase what expects a reply

A letter you cannot prove you sent is halfway to not having sent it. Keep a simple record of what went out, to whom and when, with proof of sending, and note which letters expect an answer, then chase the answers on a rhythm. The register turns your correspondence from a scatter of emails into a thread a final account, or a dispute, can one day read.
