Write the scope to close the assumption gaps

Every gap in the scope is one each tenderer fills with a different assumption, which you meet again as variations once the works start. Read your own scope as a tenderer would and ask, at each edge, whose scope is this. Name the interfaces, the making good, the setting out, the testing and commissioning.
