What does a Live Build Stress Test review?

It reconciles what has been paid, what remains owed or committed, and what is still needed to finish, then tests remaining reserve and the dates when money is needed. Amounts are reconciled so the same commitment is not counted twice.

The answer

A Live Build Stress Test uses an agreed evidence date to reconcile non-overlapping categories: paid amounts, unpaid liabilities, commitments, work still to buy or complete and remaining reserve. It tests cost to complete and dated funding exposure without counting the same commitment twice. A paused or partly procured project remains live. The report explains evidence confidence, scenarios and necessary actions, owners and decisions, but it does not assure a programme or provide design, survey, legal, tax or financial-product advice. Further work is separately scoped.
