Watch the notice regime on disputed variations

An undervalued variation inside a certified payment still comes down to Payment Notices and Pay Less Notices. If the paying side wants to pay less than the application, the Construction Act requires them to say so in time and with reasons. Check every notice against the clock before accepting its number.
