Cost forecast forward, not rates argued backward.
Defined Cost plus Fee, built up on the Schedule of Cost Components, in the form the contract expects. Pick the NEC version and main Option once and the banner states the assessment basis your contract requires; the build-up then runs people, equipment, plant and materials, subcontractors, other cost components and risk allowances through to the change to the Prices and the delay to the Completion Date.
What you get
An Excel template with no macros. Only the yellow cells can be edited, the Guide tab explains every step, and it prints on A4. Your contract's terms come first.
