Photo & Evidence Log
The register that turns photographs into evidence.
An indexed register of every photograph and piece of evidence: what it shows, when and where it was taken, why, by whom, and where the original file now lives. A photograph nobody can date, place or explain is a picture, not evidence, and a phone full of pictures is what most sites run on.

How it works
One row per photograph
Reference, date and time, location, what it shows and why it was taken, file name and folder, the device it came from and whether the original is kept, with each row linked to the event or variation it belongs to.
Log the same day
The register works as a same-day habit: a few rows at the end of the shift while the reason each photograph was taken is still obvious. The sheet counts what has been logged and how much of it is linked to an event.
Keep the originals
Metadata survives in original files and dies in screenshots and messaging exports. The log records the source and where the original lives, which is the difference between a date you can prove and a date you assert.
An Excel template with no macros. Only the yellow cells can be edited, the Guide tab explains every step, and it prints on A4. Your contract's terms come first.
