Claim Stress Tests
Choose by whether a substantive claim for money or compensation has been advanced to the other party or received.
Dispute Viability Review and Independent Quantum Review are now covered by these two services. Both include detailed evidence and valuation review and an assessment of the commercial value of the next step. Neither former service belonged exclusively to one stage.
Pre-claim Stress Test
Before a substantive claim has been advanced to the other party.
Review your position or internally assembled draft, the support for each head of claim, gaps and repairs, and whether the next step is commercially worthwhile.
Bring the position and records you have. An incomplete position is accepted; you do not need a complete prepared claim.

Once a claim has been advanced or received, including an informal or provisional claim.
Review the actual claim, responses, disputed items, new evidence, counterclaims, concessions and the next decisions.
This includes negotiations and claims before formal proceedings. Adviser involvement or the start of adjudication does not decide the stage.
Read about Live Claim Stress TestA protective notice alone is not automatically a substantive submitted claim. Urgent dates still need triage. This distinction routes the service; it is not an opinion about legal crystallisation, validity or time bars.
Useful decisions, not just a list of problems
The report closes with what was reviewed, what was found, what it means, what to do next and how I can help further. Necessary actions come first, with owners and decision points. You can act yourself or through your current team and specialists. Any further service is optional and separately scoped; the report does not depend on another purchase.
The fee and timetable are agreed in writing after scope and evidence review.
Each claim stress-test page explains its scope, the information to prepare and the public resources available, including its Handbook and Service Pack. The Handbook explains how to use the blank working files with your own records and where specialist advice is needed. Choose Pre-claim or Live Claim by the position of the claim.
