Payment Calendar & Tracker
Deadlines and what actually happened, side by side.
Calendar and tracker in one, a sheet per project. Set the contract's deadline rules once, then tick and date each document as it goes out, so you see at a glance what was served on time, what was late, and where every payment stands across all your projects.
What you get

How it works
Rules in once
Project reference, first Due Date, cycle frequency and the contract's deadline rules, each with its own day count and day-counting convention. The schedule of deadlines calculates itself for every cycle.
Tick and date as it happens
Each cycle has a row for the application, the Payment Notice, the Pay Less Notice and the payment. Tick the document and enter the date it was actually done.
On time or late, at a glance
Each entry is compared against its deadline: green when it was done on time, red when it was late or is overdue, amber when it falls due within 7 days.
Why it is laid out this way
One project per sheet, worked on screen rather than printed, like the Master Payment Tracker. Duplicate the tab for the next project and the whole book becomes a record of every payment on every project, deadlines and actual dates together.
An Excel template with no macros. Only the yellow cells can be edited, the Guide tab explains every step, and it prints on A4. Your contract's terms override the statutory defaults.
