Final Account Claim Structure
An account they can check is an account they can pay.
How the claim should be set out: variations, loss and expense, retention, set-offs answered. One workbook holds the whole account in a structure the other side's surveyor can follow: the contract sum, the changes, the claims and the deductions, each in its own section with the build-up visible, so the argument is about the numbers rather than the layout.
What you get

How it works
One structure, every head
Each part of the account gets its own section with the same discipline: the item, the basis of entitlement, the sum and where the evidence lives. Nothing is buried in a single grand total the other side can dismiss in one line.
Built to be interrogated
An account that shows its working invites agreement item by item. The parts the other side accepts get banked, and the dispute narrows to the parts genuinely in issue.
An Excel template with no macros. Only the yellow cells can be edited, the Guide tab explains every step, and it prints on A4. Your contract's terms come first.
