Every party sends us a different form and we translate them all by hand

Twelve subcontractors, twelve layouts, one deadline. Every month somebody retypes each application into the assessment sheet before assessing can even start, and half the review window is spent translating instead of judging. The retyping adds its own errors too, which surface later as disputes about numbers nobody actually submitted.

The fix is upstream, not more overtime: the data captured once, in one shape - an application format issued to every party, or an intake step that does the translation automatically - so the window is spent on the judgement the dates were built for. That is a set-up job on one project, done once, and every cycle after inherits it.
